Individual and couple's clients: By scheduling a time slot, you are reserving Dr. Conrad's schedule specifically for you.  Cancelling within 48 hours will result in fees. 

Clinicians receiving group supervision: There is a price reduction for paying the full 6 months in advance. You understand you are paying for 6 sessions of group supervision, even if you are unable to attend a session. You also understand you will not receive a refund for missing a session. You are reserving your spot as part of the group and will make every effort to attend every session.
