Billing
There's no online payment portal for therapy. Billing is handled by our office as part of getting started. After you reach out, our office manager will follow up, go over a proposal with you, and set up scheduling and payment once you're ready to begin.

Commitment to Attend
Individual and couple's clients: By scheduling a time slot, you are reserving Dr. Conrad's schedule specifically for you. Cancelling within 48 hours will result in fees.
Clinicians receiving group supervision: There is a price reduction for paying the full 6 months in advance. You understand you are paying for 6 sessions of group supervision, even if you are unable to attend a session. You also understand you will not receive a refund for missing a session. You are reserving your spot as part of the group and will make every effort to attend every session.
